Supporting Families Through the EHCP Journey

At Let's Communicate LTD, we understand the challenges families face when navigating the Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) process. Whether you're applying for an EHCP, in the midst of a tribunal, or in need of an expert witness to support your case, our team is here to help. We provide tailored, compassionate, and expert support to ensure that you and your child receive the services and accommodations necessary for their educational success. With us by your side, you're never alone in this journey.

Stage 1 - Expert Reports (£650)

At Let's Communicate LTD, we specialise in producing high-quality, comprehensive reports that contribute meaningfully to the Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) process. Our reports are crafted to not only provide a detailed and clear understanding of your child's needs, but are also written to the standard expected in court and tribunal settings.

We work closely with families to ensure our assessments are thorough, evidence-based, and tailored to reflect the specific educational, health, and care requirements of the child. Whether your case is in the initial EHCP application stages or involved in a tribunal, our reports are designed to support your arguments with professionalism and precision.

Our team follows strict guidelines to ensure that our reports meet all legal and tribunal requirements, ensuring they can withstand scrutiny and provide the expert insight needed for a positive outcome. With our detailed, legally robust reports, you can move forward in the EHCP process with confidence.

Stage 2 - Tribunal Support - £550 half a day

At Let's Communicate LTD, we offer expert witness services to support families in tribunal cases when securing appropriate provisions for their child. If the Local Authority (LA) rejects the Speech and Language Therapy (SALT) hours recommended in the report or disregards private assessments, we can provide professional representation to ensure your child's needs are properly acknowledged. It’s important to note that the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) guidance states that all reports, whether private or public, must be given equal weight—something that is often overlooked.

You may choose to instruct us to attend the tribunal, where we will present and represent the report, ensuring its recommendations are accurately communicated and defended. Our expert witness service is priced at £550 for half a day, which includes answering questions from the judge, discussing documentation, and engaging in any additional necessary proceedings.

Further terms and conditions will be provided upon instruction, detailing the scope of our services and commitments.
